ULTIMATE FLAG Girls League - Meridian Spring 2026

This spring, experience the excitement of NFL FLAG—designed exclusively for girls who want to learn, compete, and have fun in a supportive, empowering environment!

Our 7-practice / 6-game season delivers fast-paced, 5-on-5, non-contact flag football, perfect for players of all experience levels. Teams are capped at 10 players to ensure everyone gets plenty of playing time.

This league is ideal for:

Girls brand-new to football who want to learn the fundamentals

Returning players developing their skills before advancing to higher levels

Anyone looking for a fun, confidence-building team sport

No tryouts—every girl plays!

📅 Season Details

Practice: Once per week (scheduled by coaches at a location convenient for families)

Game Day: Saturdays between 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

(Times subject to change based on field availability and league size)

Full Schedule Release: 1–2 weeks before opening day

Our league thrives because of incredible parent volunteers!

Each team may have up to three coaches:

We’ll provide everything you need, including a coach meeting and training resources. Volunteer sign-ups happen during player registration.
